Meet Elaine Prendergast

Elaine’s real estate career is rooted in a family tradition of development and sales, giving her a deep industry understanding. With over 30 years of experience, she began in Saddle River, NJ, as part of the Distinguished Properties Group before moving to Atlanta, GA, where she specialized in luxury golf course and equestrian communities at TPC Sugarloaf. Her expertise in negotiation, client advocacy, and transaction management has earned her multiple industry awards and designations. Partnering for the past 7 years with her friend Andi Robinson, Elaine continues to provide exceptional service with a keen eye for detail and discretion.

Elaine and her husband, Michael, a Maine native, have lived in Kennebunkport for 20 plus years. They have two sons whose families reside in Greenwich and Westport, CT. She stays current with industry trends, regulations, and technology as a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Maine Association of REALTORS®, York Council of REALTORS®, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Executive Women’s Golf Association, and Harley-Davidson Owners Group. Her certifications include GRI, e-Pro, Efficiency-Maine, ARS, SRES, Green, SMC, SRS, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Certified Residential Specialist. Actively involved in real estate organizations and local initiatives, Elaine proudly supports the Kennebunk community.
